Reservation Request

We require full payment in advance, payable by credit card once we have confirmed the space for you. Please look on the Calendar Page to see if space is available, then fill out and send in this form. We will not reserve space by phone unless it is for that day. This is to prevent double-bookings.

We do not take reservations for one night only on weekends. Weekend reservations are Fri-Sat-Sun only. We don't take reservations beginning on a Sunday. The reason for this as the maid does not work on Saturday and Sunday. We often work elsewhere on weekends, and can't prepare for new guests in the Guesthouse

Cancellations: Your payment (minus a $25.00 processing fee plus the 3% credit card fee above $25 if applicable) will be refunded to you up until ten days before your arrival date if you cancel. If you cancel 10 days or fewer before your arrival date, your payment will not be refunded. This applies to any and all cancellations, including if you choose not to come because of weather conditions. If we cancel your reservation, your payment will be refunded in full.
